Gregory Tracy, founder and president of Body Architects Inc., is a graduate of Marist College and the State University of New York. Greg began his training career in 1973. He is a personal, one-on-one training consultant for Gold's Gyms in Newburgh and Wappingers, New York. He is certified by AFAA, A.A.A.I., the NSCA, ACE and the American Heart Association.

Greg has been the Executive Fitness Director for the Trump organization, Caesars Hotel Casino, Resorts Hotel Casino, and the Sands Hotel Casino, designing employee wellness programs and training each corporation's key employees. Greg was a training consultant for the former World Heavy Weight Champion, Mike Tyson. He authored “The 10 Commandments of Personal Training” which is now being used in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. He has also designed spas, health clubs, and home fitness centers for many of the areas local companies, as well as fitness conscious individuals.

Greg has been married for 25 years. He enjoys a good book and family trips with his wife and two daughters. He resides in Ventnor, NJ. Greg’s passion for rowing has pulled him back into the sport as the Head Coach for Ocean City High School’s Boy’s Crew program.

Mark has over 15 years experience as a personal trainer. His certifications include A.A.A.I./I.S.M.A., CPR/AED by the American Heart Association, and BOSU and Swiss Ball by Exercise Etc. His background also includes two years of education in physical therapy. Mark maintains all the equipment at Body Architects.

Mark is married and has two boys, Mark and Nicholas. Both boys are active in almost every sport, so his time with them is spent either coaching or cheering them on. Mark is currently the president of the Linwood Street Hockey League. He and his wife Debbie organized the league in 2001 and presently have over 250 boys and girls that participate. Markâs main hobby is weekend home improvements.

Peggy is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast. Her passion for exercise is reflected in her training sessions helping her clients achieve their goals.

The Boston, Philadelphia and Marine Corp marathons are three of the 13 marathons in which Peggy has participated. Peggy also has a Pilates background. Pilates helps her own workouts by lengthening her muscles and strengthening her core. She feels it’s a wonderful stretch after all those miles!
Peggy, her husband, Al and their three children, AJ, Heather and Stephanie are Margate natives.

Kyu earned his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Rutgers University. He is an NATA Certified Athletic Trainer as well as an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a member of the American Sports Medicine Association and is also CPR/AED certified by the American Heart Association. His specialties include orthopedic injury evaluation and rehabilitation, as well as sports specific strength conditioning for speed and power development. Kyu is the head athletic trainer for St. Joseph's High School and is also the strength and conditioning coach for Competitive Edge Sports Training. In addition to training high school athletes, he has also worked with athletes for Rutgers University's football and hockey teams as well as members of the Atlantic City Surf Baseball and the Boardwalk Bullies Hockey teams.

Kyu lives in Atlantic City and enjoys weight-lifting, Jiu-Jitsu and cooking. He hopes to pursue his Masters in Human Performance and Biomechanics.

Kathy, a.k.a. "Kat," graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Physical Education. She is certified as a Personal Trainer, Weight Management and Sports Nutrition Consultant and Weight Training Specialist. Kat is also American Red Cross certified in CPR/AED and water safety. Her motto follows that of the late Jimmy V from NC State: "Believe in Yourself,
Stay Positive and NEVER EVER GIVE UP!

Rob Young holds a B.S. in physiology from the University of Arizona. He is certified as a personal trainer by ACE and NFPT. Rob specializes in post physical therapy for knees and shoulders as well as pain management for lower back. Rob has six years experience in the fitness industry, holds a brown belt in martial arts, and is pursuing a degree in physical therapy at the Richard Stockton College of NJ.

Living in Arizona, Rob engaged in mountain biking and hiking. He now enjoys the beach, being out of the hot desert and living close to his family in the Atlantic City area.

Joe is a graduate of Rutgers University. He has coached track for Cherry Hill East and Ocean City High School. He was assistant coach for Atlantic City High School’s girls’ basketball team. And, he is currently Mainland High School’s head coach for girls track and winter track.

He was voted coach of the year for South Jersey Track Coaches. Joe has coached some of the best athletes New Jersey has ever seen. Personal training is a natural progression from his coaching experiences.
